 Hello, I am Monique. I am an Earth-loving intuitive Coach, Lightworker, Interspecies Communicator, Energy Healer & Permaculture Enthusiast. 

My mission is to bring healing to people, animals and the land through permaculture, Nature connection, Shamanic practices, and Energy & Light work. 

I am here to help you find your best self through coaching, healing and supportive energy & Light work. My path of healing came from my own desire to heal the stress and overwhelm of being a HIGHLY sensitive person.

My first career was in television, working for the BBC in London.

But my Soul's Journey led me in a different direction....

After studying Healing Development, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Nutritional Therapy, Trans-personal Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Shamanic practices, Energy Healing for Animals and many other modalities,

I now have many helpful tools and processes to share to assist

others on their journey.

I have dedicated myself to helping others feel more empowered and fulfilled through coaching and energy work. Each and every human
